Tru is a real sweetheart. She's eager to please, and she loves Lily with her whole heart. The really amazing thing about this mare, though, is her incredible ability to jump. This mare is one of the ballsiest jumpers around; she can look straight at a five foot oxer and not bat an eyelash. She has guts of steel, and she really wants to do her best. She's a loving mother to her young foal and can be quite defensive of Charming.
HISTORY
Tru was once owned by a loving family. The young daughter was an avid horse fan, and Tru was a birthday present. Eventually though, as a lot of girls tend to do, the daughter grew out of her horse phase, and Tru was sold on. She passed from hand to hand until she landed in an abusive home, where she was neglected, not fed properly, and occasionally hit. Luckily rescue services managed to save her, and she stayed in the rescue shelter for about a year. Hope dwindled until eventually Lily came in, looking for a saviour; it was love at first sight, and Tru rehabilitated Lily every inch that Lily rehabilitated Tru. When Tru was around five or so, Lily paid very good money to breed her with a champion stud, and Charming was born. Lily hopes to take both mother and daughter to the top.
