The river runs around the town and it's a nice place to walk in some spots. But in others it's rocky and a little bit dangerous. If you know the area well you can reach the lake, a scenic spot for a ride or a picnic.

The stables are surrounded by a huge expanse of countryside and farms. There are lots of trails to choose from; some run alongside the lake, some go up the mountain, some go through the forest, and some cut through neighbouring farm fields where the farmers allow you to gallop through their meadows.
