PERSONALITY
As a parallel to his looks, hes and fierce and power hungry in the inside as he looks on the outside. Well muscled and trained to jump over anything in sight since birth, this beast knows nothing but competition. Hes skilled and ready to win, and win he does. Hes as harsh and determined as his passenger and together they plow through cross country courses like they were going for a stroll in the park. They have a game face the screams 'no mercy' and yet there tends to be a side to this horse that no one sees behind closed doors. Its almost like everything outside his paddock and stall is a performance for the audience, to act just like he was trained. When alone, however, hes as playful and mischievous as a yearling. Only Amanda and Lauren have ever seen him like this and only Lauren, even though secretly, embraces's it.
HISTORY
Abacus was foaled and raised at the Heart's privet barn, known to the world as "Hooves and Hearts Training Center" or more commonly called "The Workshop." People have never exactly figured how, but a horse that goes in for training at The Workshop never comes out the same. Its a marvelous thing to she how much a horse can be improved just by one visit. It, of course, cost more than most could even imagine, but some consider it worth it. Abacus has the privilege to actually live at the center, everyday was harder than the next, but he picked everything up easily and didn't seem stressed by the ordeal. Standing next to him Lauren would always get nudged for treats or a nice sloppy lick on the face, but when on him, a whole new horse took goofy Abby's face. He was now Abacus: Cross Country Crusader and an all over champion. They never had him gelded in fear that he would lose some of his fire and not do as well in competition. Hes been worked hard to this day and is just itching to take on new elite horse and rider teams at Windsor. Bring it on.
