Dustin Hobday- Father
Dustin is Jake's Dad. They get on well, because Dustin gives Jake alot of freedom, and when he doesnt agree with something he tries to reason rather than demand. Dustin has taken over the family business at Saracen Farm, which is a stud and competition yard. He attended Sycamore Acadamy which was the leading equitation school at the time, and thinks it will give Jake a real good start in the right direction to continue the family business, to which Dustin and his wife are international comeptitors and highly ranked..
Audrina Hobday- Mother
Audrina married Dustin not long after the left Sycamore, where they spent all their secondry education in a very turbulent relationship because of Dustin not being able to settle down. Aud competes internationally aswell as her husband, as well as being a mother too two boys and running a massive equine establishment, something only Aud would be capable of.

Personality:
Jake is like a diluted version of his father when he was his age. He is ridiculously arrogant, due alot to the fact he gets alot of female attention but he also knows how to be the perfect charmer and gentlemen which helps him alot in life, not one to be rejected. The rare times it happens. He thinks he is a real player, though some people think he just talks himself up. He is very much the alpha male in his group of friends, lets just say he is naturally gifted socially. Then again, armed with a charming smile and handsome face, its not hard.
He has quick temper. Much like that of his father and grandfather, another genetic trait he likes to follow is his love of sport. Obviously Eventing is his priority but other than that, he enjoys boxing, football(soccer), and rugby(US football). He enjoys long distance running, and also a bit of sprint work, quite the athlete. This reflects on his personality, as he always seems pretty hyped and ready to go, very physically fit.
He may come across as an arrogant fool, but he has a good side to him aswell. He is very loyal as a friend, even when you dont want or need him to defend you, he will. He will always be there too pick you up when your down and will be the first to offer to muck out if your late for class! A good guy at heart.

Appearance:
Jake has a really definite jawline. His masculine features, are his handsome blue eyes which are genetic default to the Hobdays. Though, his seem to be sparkle a little more.He has a perfectly formed nose, and soft lips. He has clear skin and a slight dimple in his chin. His eyes have this way of connecting with you. They can convey so much in ways of emotion. 'I want you' is a look he has mastered, along with 'Hey Gorgeous' but also 'You a dead man'.
He has an athletic figure, he is tall at 6ft 2'. He has muscled shoulders, and back. He has a very evident six pack, which he takes every oppurtunity to display being so vain. With Vanity, comes a desire to dress well, though usually, he is on the yard in old jeans, he tends to only wears breeches when competing. Usually wearing johd boots on the yard or old trainers, and old t-shirt or polo shirt. He is sponsered by horsewize, so is usually seen wearing their gear on the yard. Away from the horses he is usualy wearing jeans and shirt, or nice t-shirt, a pair of trainers. He likes to look good, and would generaly gel his hair up.
History:
Jake was a pain as a little kid. Always causing trouble. He was the definition of mischevious. His younger years he spent attached to Aud's legs and playing with his little pony Tiger. Then little brother Dylan came along and he had to share the attention, not something he enjoyed particularly. Kicking up a fuss, he spent more time with his Dad around these times, as he began to learn to ride properley, and he started doing Junior Jumping. He enjoyed this success and really started focusing on his horses. This was his drive for years.
When Jake turned 15 he noticed he was getting alot more attention from the girls than most guys and found a love of other sports as well as horses. He took a step with the wrong crowd, and experimented with the party lifestyle, but with his Dad telling him about what happened to him as a lad, it quickly put Jake back on track, he would keep his social life alive and be who he wanted but it was important for him to maintain horses as a priority.
This was about the time Jake found his first long term Girlfriend. Him and Sarah dated for about a year. Jake was suddenley faced with the dilemma, if a girl wanted you even if you were in a relationship, what do you do? He made the wrong choice and broke Sarah's heart. He also suffered a bit of heartbreak as he was really starting to fall in love with her, but this made him shy away from relationships alot more, seeing himself and love as 'imcompatible'. This was shortly followed by him competing in the JWEG on his top pony at the time Shutterland.
After he won Individual Gold in the showjumping section, he was sent a letter from Windsor, inviting him to join. To which he accepted, giving him more direction than ever before.
